These words are called conjunctions:
" And, but, although, because, if, so, until, as soon as, when"
They are used for joining sentences together

But first let's go to the know the meaning of conjunction:
One use of a conjunction is to connect words or phases that have the same grammatical function in a sentence.
The conjunction used in this pattern are and, but, so, as soon as, when, until, although, if, because, while nor
These words are called " coordinating conjunction "

Now… where use these

A parallel structure may contain more than two parts
In a series, comma that precedes the conjunction is optional; also correct: Said, Ahmed and Salim are coming to dinner.
